Terms of Use

For photographers

• Upload only photos you have the right to share, from events where guests were informed that photos would be shared through NinjaPic.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for honouring guests' requests to hide or delete photos of them.
• Plans, prices and limits are shown in Plan & Billing. Payments are verified manually; originals are removed after your plan's validity period.
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse, illegal content or unpaid plans.

For guests

• Use selfie search only for yourself (or family members present with you). Do not try to find other people's photos.
• Downloaded photos are for personal use; the photographer keeps their copyright.

Service

We work hard to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is". Photographers should keep their own backups of important work.
